yes, glassfish does not provide any default CookieHandler.
neither does j2se 5, but j2se 6 does (in the form of java.net.CookieManager).
just curious, how do you use a CookieHandler from within your jsp? i thought CookieHandler's main purpose was to provide cookie management facilities for (http) clients.
