Yes I do, I use Toplink essentials.
I have a problem with persistence context across glassfish instances, I haven't for TopLink 2nd level cache.
If I call em.refresh for an entity which the corresponded data was deleted from db (outside the container), Glassfish raise up an exception because Toplink can't find data in db (EntityNotFoundException: Entity no longer exists in the database).
