Does this happen consistently ?
Will it be possible to attach a copy of server.log ? You can find it under glassfish/domains/domain1/logs/server.log if you are using the default domain, ie domain1.
Which platform are you running this on and whats the JDK version ?
All this will help us to isolate the problem.
