First I want to tell you how I delt with the two servers issue. I shut down the Sun appl. server and then the GF started without problem. Thanks again for clarifying those things.
As to IDE, I have installed Eclipse 3.0 and it works fine so far with GS, but I'll try what you are suggesting - NB 6.0.
