Thank you for your reply. I have already got an application working all OK with jar files, but really wanted the source files for the jars of activation, dsn, imap, mail, mailapi, pop3
I was hoping that as explained on the sun website I could get the open sources from glassfish.

Use class MailHelper and static method enviar(). There are some flavours of enviar(): to send a MimeMessage; to send an html body and to send a list of files. This works within Glassfish and within a common console Java application. In that case you must include a lot of jars: mail, activation, etc.
It works fine.
