Can you please verify the following.
Make sure webui-jsf-suntheme.jar file has SunthemeService.class packaged with it. If your answer is yes, might be an woodstock issue. You can try removing META-INF/services from webui-jsf-suntheme.jar, and see whether this solves your problem.
In both platforms I'm assuming JDK version is same right?
