The bug that enable/disable the resource for a cluster doesn't change the <resource-ref> of the cluster's instance is reported as issue#4002 https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4002

This fix will be available in build17 of V2.1 or 9.1.1
