There´s a component called wsConnector in Flash; passing the WSDL addres to a property of this component should be enough to make it work. Then there´s other property called "operation", that shows all operations of that web service. Usually when no operation appear automatically on this field it don't work; and it didn't in this case, even writing the operation manually and all the other stuff needed.
When I deployed a service using Axis, on the tomcat server, it generated a different WSDL that worked fine with flash. I thought it didn't worked with glassfish because the SOAP version was different...
