Hi,
I have found -Djavax.net.debug=ssl,handshake on some other forum. I used it and found in logs that the engine tried to connect to some other not trusted host. Since it was Web Service i looked at WSDL and it appeared that web service was addressed at different host which was incorrect. The provider of Web Service fixed that an then everything was ok.
