I installed glassfish-v2 at command line using root privileges. Here is the permission break-down...

The install is for a development Java/MySql VMWare image on Ubuntu. As a 12 year MS developer tired of Micro$oft and really digging the mature open source tools, such as Glassfish, I am finally making the move to the "other side of town". And it feels absolutely great because I (the community) is in control for a change! So please excuse me if my issue is somewhat noobie. I appreciate the help.
