Can you include the output of your ant command (lib\ant\bin\ant -f
setup-cluster.xml)?
Also, if this is the first time you've used GlassFish and you want to
take a look from a developer perspective, use setup.xml instead of
setup-cluster.xml. setup.xml configures the developer profile which is
more sensitive to memory footprint and startup time. You can always
use the admin console to one-button-push change the profile to cluster.
