This looks out of date.

- GlassFish V2 has CLIs to create loadbalancer.xml. You don't need to use vi.
- One can push loadbalancer.xml from DAS (after one time setup).
- There is also nice support for LB in GlassFish management console.
- You may use Sun Web Server 7.x now. Also, using the SJS AS installer for installing LB plugin is much easier than the manual steps.
