I'm assuming it generates it correctly since the .jsp file has the correct </html> at the end. I also experience the same thing on my development server (which isn't clustered). What's odd is that it happens on all the pages I've checked, not just one, which was why I thought it was a server-specific issue.
I'll implement a filter to log the content of the final generated response before returning it and post back here with the results of that.
