Yes, nb 5.5.x or nb 6.0 can open binary archives (war, ejb jar and ear)
and allow a deployer to edit the Sun specific deployment descriptors
before a redeployment. We merged the deploytool features into the NB IDE
to optimize resources necessary to maintain different tools.
