The udp traffic is coming out of Shoal's Group Management Service for discovery which is providing services for runtime cluster lifecycle events including the in-memory replication component.
You can turn this off by setting the cluster's heartbeat-enabled value to false.
But if your cluster nodes are mm1 and mm2 then create a cluster with just these two nodes. I could not follow how the other hosts relate to your cluster.
