frenchdip: do you mean ejb-jar.xml? sun-ejb-jar.xml is for GlassFish-specific features. ejb-jar.xml is the Java EE standard deployment descriptor.
If you're trying to add configuration options to sun-ejb-jar.xml, it won't work.
