After running the the command:

java -Xmx256m -jar glassfish-installer-v2-b58g.jar

it returns with a list of file locations and ends with an FileNotFoundException:

Exception in thread "main" java.io.FileNotFoundException: glassfish\bin\cliutil.
dll (Access is denied)
        at java.io.FileOutputStream.open(Native Method)
        at java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(Unknown Source)
        at java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(Unknown Source)
        at org.jvnet.poormans_installer.Main.install(Main.java:120)
        at org.jvnet.poormans_installer.Main.main(Main.java:69)
