The MBean name is "ModuleLogLevelsConfig".
Case 1:
The property I changed is "SAAJ" using JES Admin Console.
case 2:
By using JConsole ,
I have created a property (using createProperty method) and modified the value using setPropertyValue method.
The values are reflected in JConsole and JES admin console for both the cases but no notification has been sent out for both cases.
