It is possible to route the traffic from EJB WS1 to EJB WS2 via Java EE Service Engine.
The jbi.xml of "Java EE Service Unit" [1] should contain <consumes...> and <provides...> entry for EJB WS2. For example, your jbi.xml file should look something like this :

service-name="tns:EJBWS2Service"
endpoint-name="EJBWS2Port"/>
<provides interface-name="tns:EJBWS2Interface"
service-name="tns:EJBWS2Service"
