Have you tried NetBeans 5.5.1?

I'm afraid we may have confused some users with the combined NB & GF
press release.

GFv2 went FCS. The best IDE to use with it is NB 5.5.1

NB 6.0 went into beta1. This is cool stuff, etc,etc, but it is a beta.

Try with NB5.5.1 and let us know.
