It deploys but no logs are shown. So it is not a Netbeans problem it seems. Something to do with Glassfish? The EAR deploys correctly in Weblogic and deployed as a WAR (the EAR just contains one WAR inside) I'm quite sure it works fine in other versions of Glassfish (part of the development team works this way).
