I've upgraded to Netbeans 6Beta1 and everything works great. I have a problem deploying an EAR file though. It seems that log4j configuration is not available somehow. I'm getting :
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.annotations.Version).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Of course, the log4j and commons-logging libraries are available at the server (and domain) lib directory. The log4j.properties is available in a JAR inside the lib dir of the EAR. I've tried the steps at
http://wiki.glassfish.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=FaqCongifureLog4J to no avail. Any help? It must be some trivial issue
