Use the asadmin create-domain command with the --profile option to create a domain with clustering capabilites. (Type asadmin create-domain --help for details on how to create a domain).
Alernatively, you could install a new Glassfish build with the ant -f setup-cluster.xml command so that your default domain will have clustering capabilties.
After you start this domain that has clustering capabilties, create and start node agent on this domain.
