http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=2148021
SSL configuration in IE 6 isn't the same as Mozilla and IE 7. I'm asking
for more info about why that line was added:
<ssl cert-nickname="s1as" ssl3-enabled="false"/>
