jmx mbeans different on jvm 1.5 and 1.6

Hi,
When I use a 1.5 jvm vs 1.6 (both from Sun) I see different jmx mbeans which are exposed by the server under com.sun.appserv. It seems like there are a lot more exposed using 1.6. Any reason for this? I would possibly expect this from the java.lang stuff but not from the mbeans specific to the appserver.

A couple examples of these are (all under the com.sun.appserv tree)
GlobalRequestProcessor,*, Servlet, PWC*, Manager etc..

my jvms are

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_01-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0_01-b06, mixed mode)
-and-
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_12-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.5.0_12-b04, mixed mode)

thanks.
