Hi Cameron

I am currently investigating the issue. As mentioned in the bug, we
could not reproduce the increasing permgen issue redeploying a sample
app. I will investigate this further and update the issue. Meanwhile if
you have a reproducible test-case, it would be great if you could attach
it to the bug report.
