We have gone back and forth and this one.
We had a command that we deprecated because there are some
issues with its correct (expected) implementation.
For a developer, it hardly is a case to have multiple domains.
For a deployer, it is a conscious decision to start a domain and as such a
separate command to start all domains at once adds little value (at least that's
what we thought at the time).
If you strongly feel that we ought to have this "feature", please open
an RFE at glassfish.dev.java.net/servlet/ProjectIssues.
