Well, i have found the problem (i think).
When i put down the jar in the autodeploy directory then it does not work. But when i deploy the jar using asadmin command, all is well created (granted.policy file) and my example works.
It also works when i use the admin console to deploy the module.

Now i will try to create a custom realm...
