But on this computer are some programms which can't work with JDK 1.6. It uses 1.4

Example for TomCat in file catalina.conf on 2 row write
EXPORT JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.6.0

I want to do similar with GlassFish 2. Is it possible? What file I can cut? :)

I think must be some decision for this situation.
