I've just installed the Sun Application Platform SDK Update 3 Beta 2
which includes Sun App Server 9.1 beta 2. I noticed a bunch of the
following lines in the results window:

IO exception occurred while migrating the application unknown protocol: c

This seemed to happen after it would deploy my applications.
