High Availability Session Persistence and deployment

Hello!
From "High Availability Administration Guide" (819-3679):
----------------
High availability session persistence is incompatible with dynamic deployment, dynamic
reloading, and auto-deployment. These features are for development, not production
environments, so you must disable them before enablingHA session persistence.
------------------
Questions:
1. Disabling dynamic reloading and auto-deployment applay to stand-alone instances only. What does it mean if we deal with cluster instances only (as shown below in this doc)?
2. What does mean "disabling dynamic deployment"? How can I do it?
3. What does mean "incompatible"? Does it mean that session data lost after redeployment/reloading?
