I removed the "welcome-file-list" from web.xml file.

Then, I created a new file "home.jsp". And I made the "index.jsp" to forward to "home.jsp".

Finally, I restarted GlassFIsh server. All of a sudden, everything is fixed - even the virtual server issue.

I probably had a newbie issue. Thanks.
