Thanks for the hint!
It was realy my fault giving so less informations.
I had a problem with persisting (em.persist(...)) a simple entity class consisting of two ints, a String and a automaticaly generated Long pk.
But i corrected it meanwhile. Somehow one of the Server Resources where corrupted.
I recreated everything and now it runs well.
