Yes, sorry for the trouble and delay. Though keystore is a JKS type keystore, the key passwords and keystore password have to be the same. In other words, you'll have to do multiple things :( if you want to use the keytool executable.
But, the things are better, we already have a command do take care of nitty gritty details:
[b] asadmin change-master-password [/b]!
Do the following:
- <bin>/asadmin change-master-password and provide old and new password upon
getting prompted.
After the command returns, the master password (new) will be prompted for and when
you enter it correctly, things will be taken care of.
