BTW, jee.jar is non-existent. It is javaee.jar that I believe you're looking for -- this contains several interfaces and few classes that are more commonly known as Java EE API.

You can take a look at the maven repository for the stable binary versions of it. The source
is found in GlassFish CVS repository. See: https://glassfish.dev.java.net/source/browse/glassfish
