SJAS 9.0 - Default apps for Virtual host get lost

From: <glassfish_at_javadesktop.org>

1. Deploying a EAR with multiple WARs
2. Set one of the WARs as the default app for a domain
3. Repeat for multiple EARs for multiple virtual hosts
4. Remove one of those EAR application
5. Deploy new EAR application
6. All virtual hosts forget their default apps even though they are still referenced in the admin screens for each virtual host

This also happens when re-starting the app server - non of the EARs with multiple WARs that were previously set as default web apps for virtual hosts are being served as those default web apps.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Dan
