Hi,
This is a bug introduced recently in the component name changes. The bpel project created using the old component name, com.sun.bpelse.1.0-2, will not work when added to a CompApp project in the version of IDE with new bpel SE component name, sun-bpel-engine. I have filed a bug report for this, see

To work around this for now, you will have to recreate a new bpel project and copying the xsd/wsdl/bpel files from the old bpel project.
