How did you create the application?

I think the newly names for components havent made to
the glassfish yet. So, you will still need to use the old component names.

So, the name of the HTTP Binding component will be
*com.sun*.httpsoapbc-1.0-2

I would say, use a slightly older version of NB 5.5.1 for now.
