how to resolve this (glassfish v2 b33 on windows):
I want to delete the mama1 instance but I cant:

C:\GLASSF~1\bin>asadmin.bat delete-instance mama1
Server Instance mama1 must be stopped before it can be deleted.
CLI137 Command delete-instance failed.

but I cant stop it too:

C:\GLASSF~1\bin>asadmin.bat stop-instance mama1
Server Instance mama1 is already stopped.
CLI137 Command stop-instance failed.
