A clarification - for GlassFish V2, Load Balancer is supported only on SJSWS. SJSAS9.1 EE product from Sun would provide the support for other WebServers including IIS.
Recently Load Balancer component has been taken out of the GlassFish V2 installable and can now be explicitly downloaded as described at https://glassfish.dev.java.net/javaee5/build/GlassFish_LB_Cluster.html. This also includes instructions to install and configure Load Balancer for SJSWS 6.1.
