Which build are you using ?
This is probably due to the JBI runtime bug which changes the context class loader. http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6518319 which is fixed on 2/8. (yes, the bug synopsis doesn't seem to be related at all, but thats the root cause). You can try the nightly build after that date or wait for build 36.
