Clustering features are pushed out on java.net repository on Weds 8/8,
so b11 which is promoted on 8/2 doesn't have these changes.
This weeks build, b12 will have this changes, we are working on fixing
the build scripts, jar installers and installer locations. So once we
have everything resolved, will promote this weeks build and open
workspace for all checkins.
