Java BugTracking System running on Glassfish

Hi!

I've found Elips (Electronic Issue Processing Software) from
opinionplugin.sf.net, besides not being higly updated (last release from
01/12/2004), is a interesting BTS that runs in Java, and works very well
with Glassfish (I had no problems at all until now), besides it's too
simple.

Now, the OT part:
Anyone else knows other goos BTS systems (open source) that just works
on java app servers?

Requirements are: very easy to maintain (bcs our business isn't bug
tracking, it's software development services), very easy to use (bcs our
customers aren't TI specialists - that's why they contract us), easy
customizable (bcs we wan't our online services with face of our company).

If we can't fine one, is very probable we will start to implement
features we are missing on Elips it self (if accepted by the os team -
I'll contact them). Probably a NB plugin for it would be nice...

Tkx,

Richter
