My advice :
Can you give a clear step by step list of instructions to reproduce
And then log a NetBeans issue with these steps
Then please send me the issue number.
I will try reproduce on Windows 2008
Have you tried GlassFish 2.1 (not just 2.1.1)?
Seems like a lot slipped into 2.1.1
