Well it has actually been sorted out but I missed the fact that
communication related to this wasn't cc:ed to the list. So to cut things
short: Things are fine by now, #6303 [1] was the culprit in this case.
Dumping the .jar into my gfv3 installation kinda sorted things out. So:
