Yes, thanks. you are correct. I always use the ZIP now even on productions
systems.

Yes, this is correct.
I spent quite a bit of time trying to find out what was wrong with the
installer, but could not find it.
Something small wrong, but it's a lot of complicated shell script that call
other shell scripts.
