Thanks for continue testing and reporting issue. Quality comes out this
way :-)

I looked into your bug and saw you provided a simplified test case, then
tried on different platforms
and narrow down it is Window specific issue, you also used debugger to
step the code and pointed out
it could be the unpacking issue, all these are so helpful, thank you !

I can see Hong and Tim are getting close to find the root cause. They
are good :-)
