FWIW, do note that we do *not* support in-place upgrade between
promoted builds via GlassFish installer although things should generally
work. Intended procedure to get from installed build 69 to build 70 is
to shutdown the server, run updatetool, install available updates...

I'll ask Satyhan, installer engineer, to add a comment to the issue.
