Adam,
The screenshot that you sent was from the admin console, and as Snjezana
points out below, the admin console only displays updates for the one
installation of GF where the admin console is running. So the
speculation about other GF installs was incorrect for this case.

Since you are using a nightly build, this is most likely the
explanation. Between when the nightly build was published and now, a
build was promoted. This build promotion resulted in new packages being
in the repository with the same version number but a different
timestamp. So the update that is being presented is to update to the
promoted versions of the packages. This is the expected behavior when
using nightly builds.
