You can pick up http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3/nightly/glassfish-v3-b68-10_16_2009.zip or http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3/nightly/glassfish-v3-web-b68-10_16_2009.zip depending on which profile you need.
Promoted build 68 is delayed, not sure if we will have that today.
